Franchises fall into two categories: service and retail. Retail franchises require a brick-and-motor footprint, or store. Service franchises can have physical locations, but also go to their client's locations to complete their service.
They can be anything from a medispa, exercise studio, or plumber. They main idea of the service franchise is they provide a service instead of a product.
